I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received at Quality Inn. The front desk staff, particularly Isabel, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even though the first suite was dirty, Isabel made sure to find us a better room, checking us into a total of four different rooms until we found one that met our standards. She was dedicated and determined to make sure we had a comfortable stay.
The condition of the property was a bit concerning. The grounds appeared unkempt and seedy, with people lingering around cars in the parking lot.
